講明意思，
使百姓明白所念的。

燃點火熱的心：研讀聖經、活出真道、教導主言
Creating a passion for studying, living and teaching the Word of God.
我們事奉的目標是服事眾教會，包括﹕
1. 鼓勵、教導信徒研讀聖經，遵行主命。
(To create a passion to study and to live the Word of God)
2. 裝備牧者、傳道人、信徒領袖，更有效地講解、教導聖經及帶領查經。
(To create a passion to teach the Word of God)
3. 培訓教師的教師。
(To create a passion to train trainers of trainers)
4. 出版分析排版聖經及實用研經書籍教材(與香港聖經信息協會合作)。
(To publish Chinese Analytical Layout Bibles and Bible study materials)
聖經信息協會/學院的使命 (Mission Statement)
在世界各地，透過聖經分析排版讀經法及研經材料，開辦聖經信息證書、查經及文憑課程 [CBE, CBS, DBE] 和特別專題講座 (Bible and Leadership seminars)。我們盼望透過這些課程和講座，可以燃起信徒愛慕神話語的熱誠；培訓牧者、信徒領袖將真理教導信徒，使可以實行及應用真理在他們的生活中。幫助教會在質與量方面都一起增長，促使教會的復興。
To offer Certificate of Bible Exposition, Certificate of Bible Study, Diploma of Bible Exposition courses, various seminars, and Cal Bible Study programs, using the Chinese Analyitical Bible study materials to create a passion for studying, living and teaching the Word of God in various part of the world.
